Using AdContact IP your offsite sales reps and offices can connect to the company's advertising information system using an inexpensive Internet connection.
They'll be able to call up accounts, check the status of contracts and insertion orders and log their phone calls and contacts. They can check their daily reminders and enter new customers and prospects. They can submit orders. They can view sales reports, run sheets, invoices and payments, subject to the user privileges you have defined in AdSystem.
Platform Independence
Because AdContact IP is browser-based, any computer with a compatible browser can access the data. Your offsite reps can be using PC's or Macintoshes to access your system.

All database transactions occur in real time. There is no synchronization delay such as you would find with a replicated database. This means that all changes appear instantly in the company's database and are available to all users on the network.

Security

All users of AdContact IP are subject to a login that checks their user name against the users you have defined in AdSystem. This user name determines the information that can be viewed and changed by the user. In addition to this built-in security, you can secure the web server hosting AdContact IP and determine which users can access the data and whether additional passwords are required.
